Aerosol Physics

Optical tweezes are typically used to trap microparticles or cells in a fluid environment. But it does not have to be that way! Aresis optical tweezers go beyond this limitation and enable trapping and manipulation of microparticles and microdroplets in air as well. Their compatibility with various containment chambers offers a broad range of applications and the integration of Raman or fluorescence spectrometers further expands their potential use to atmospheric sciences.
